Overall, the illustrations are wonderful, I just wish that the quality lived up to the price. Plus the hassle of sending back yet another book is more than I want to add to my plate. However, we decided to keep the second book because, again, I love the content and idea, and my one-year-old daughter (who loves animals and will love this book) won't care that it's twisted and has a scratch. I'm disappointed that this is the quality of book that we got for what we paid. There is also a scratch/dent on the top of the second book (second picture). What made me take off stars is the experience and quality of the book. The animals, foods, and illustrations are all unique and a fun spin on ABC books. I was really torn between 2 and 3 stars on this book (originally put 2 but bumped it to 3 because it’s a really cute book).
